We believe the cost of treatment should not be an obstacle to receiving the important care you need because it is ultimately an investment in your overall health and well-being. As such, we offer the following payment options:

No one likes surprises, as often as possible all fees are estimated at the time of scheduling. We want you to understand your treatment and financial decisions in advance, so you can have the peace and security of knowing exactly what treatment will be performed, what the total fee will be, and what payment arrangements have been agreed upon. When treatment requires multiple visits, you will be given an estimate and asked about specific payment arrangements. As an incentive, when you choose to pre-pay with cash or check we offer a 5% savings on preventive and restorative services exceeding $750.

Please remember, you are responsible for all fees regardless of insurance coverage.
